New APIs PrimoPay The service provides payment processing for e-commerce and other online transactions within Australia. It works through Australian banks to verify customer accounts and availability of funds, then completes credit card processing to transfer funds to a seller. Batching functions retry transactions that fail initially due to problems with a bank's processing system. Because it remains independent of banks, sellers can change banking relationships without reconfiguring online payment functionality. API methods support payment submission using popular credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diners Club, among others. Methods interact with issuing banks to pre-authorize cards and verify available account balances, then obtain buyer confirmation and complete payment processing. Some of the newer or less frequently seen APIs include 500px , BioID Web Services , Singly and SubDB . The most often used APIs this week are Flickr , Instagram and Twitter . DataVote provides RESTful and SOAP solutions for businesses that want to share their data via an API. The APIs exposes the customer records uploading and retrieval functionality. Lucky Sort TopicWatch Lucky Sort provides a data analysis platform. It allows developers, marketers, and other interested parties representing companies monitor trends pertaining to their business. With Lucky Sort’s Topic Watch platform, users can construct phrase sets, like keywords, to monitor trends of interest. The results are displayed graphically with the potential to be viewed on mobile devices and can be scaled. The API
